Our Services
Wedding Proposal provides bespoke proposal planning services across Europe and beyond. Our services include consultation, venue scouting, vendor coordination, event design, photography arrangements, and day-of coordination.
Booking and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your proposal date and begin planning.
- Full payment details and schedules will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
- Prices are quoted in the currency specified in your proposal package and are subject to change until a formal agreement is signed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the proposal date may be eligible for a partial refund (minus the deposit and any non-recoverable vendor costs).
- Cancellations within 30 days of the proposal date are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information required for planning.
- Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes.
- Comply with all local laws and venue regulations at the proposal location.
Limitation of Liability
Wedding Proposal acts as a coordinator and planner. While we take every measure to ensure a flawless experience, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, venue closures, vendor no-shows, travel disruptions, or force majeure events.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Wedding Proposal and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal information.
Changes to Terms
